Newsletter / Lead Magnet
If you sign up on our website for content (e.g. the Starter Kit), we use your email address to send you this content and, where applicable, further information.

Appointment booking (Calendly)
For booking appointments we use Calendly. When used, personal data is transferred to Calendly.

Contact and inquiry forms
When you use one of the forms on this website (contact, project inquiry), the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message) is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS directly to our web server and delivered from there by email to office@mydea.at. No third-party form providers are involved. Legal basis is the handling of your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data remains in our mailbox (Zoho Mail, EU data centre) and is deleted once no longer required. To prevent abuse, the submission time and IP address are processed briefly for technical purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve usability. On your first visit, you can decide whether to allow cookies.
Third-party integrations
Our website integrates the following third-party services: Calendly (appointment booking — loads only after your click), Klaviyo (newsletter, see section 11) and — only with your consent — Google Analytics (see section 12). Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is established. Contact and inquiry forms are processed on our own server without third-party form providers.

Newsletter & GEO Quick-Check (Klaviyo)
You can sign up with your email address to receive the free "GEO Quick-Check" and related information from MYDEA. Sign-up uses double opt-in: your address is only added after you confirm via a link sent to your inbox. We use Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA) as a processor for this; Klaviyo is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). No Klaviyo tracking scripts are loaded on this website. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to office@mydea.at.
Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)
Only if you consent via the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, with IP anonymisation enabled. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set (cookies used after consent: _ga, _ga_514VT80GDV — 2 years; your consent decision is stored locally as mydea_cookie_consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's browser data or contacting office@mydea.at.
